Yes, and they're quite good. The 348 had plenty of electronic / electrical issues brand new so I got really familiar with the schematics and breakout box until we found the commonality in the issues. I have several schematics that I made compilations of via Photoshop. Couldn't stand trying to read diagrams when each schematic was dived into four separate files. These are pretty good resolution but the merging of files are not perfect as I did the best with the scans that were on my purchased CD. I think that they are in total about 50-60 MB's. I also did a couple of 348 Door wiring AMP Plug Diagrams, Credit goes to other members, I just put them together and added a few things. PM me and maybe I can send you a few schematics at a time because of their size. Tried to attach them to this Thread but couldn't make it happen as the files are to large. There awesome Harley. I have some too, but I "print" mine to PDF (cutepdf is a free downloader for making pdf's) as I find them more portable, but also allow me to navigate round the screen better when zoomed in, putting the cursor on the cable I'm following.

I don't think anyone currently on the forum has a set of diagrams specifically for the Spider (or for the USA car). However, there aren't many differences between the regular Euro cars and the USA Spider. The differences include window control, external lights, instrument panel wiring and mousetrack seat belts. Perhaps you could tell us what systems you are having problems with? Window control is similar to the F355 Spider's. We would have to guide you through the differences. There are basic mousetrack diagrams which I tried to add detail to, but lacked sufficient information in some areas.
