Really like the look of this FF on the F stand...looks great under the lights, looks like Bianco Fuji to me, lovely wheels & the black of the glass roof justs finishes it off beautifully, great looking car. I don't quite understand the styling negativity from some on the FF, yes its not its best from certain angles, a bit gawky if you like, but that is true of the 458 etc as well....from the right angles the FF is a stunner! That does look good. When you stand at it side on in real life, the angle isn't very flattering. But otherwise I am huge fan of the way they look.
Got my first ride in the FF this past weekend. Holy flyin' salamis, what stupendous performance! I have owned and been in many quick cars (original Cobras, GT40, Porsche 959, etc.), but to the seat of my pants, the FF is hands down #1. And that's just for off the line acceleration, and not considering the rest of its extraordinary performance envelope. Very, very impressive. In prowling the Internet getting information, I've come across a number of FFs in what I would call unusual colors, meaning different from what seems to be the majority of FFs advertised. I thought it would be helpful to post photos. Here is the first set, Grigio Caldo over a Cuoio Toscano interior. More to follow. Another FF from Miller Motorcars in Greenwich, Connecticut, this one Grigio Abu Dhabi with a Testa di Moro interior. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I have seen an FF with the Testi di Moro. I liked it, although it is very dark nearly black. The flash in the photo makes it look lighter than it really is.
Good to know. Thank you! I'm having trouble seeing much difference between Grigio Abu Dhabi and Grigio Caldo in the photos I posted earlier. Following photos are Bianco Avus over red interior. IMO, the interior in this car is too much of a good thing. It needs something to break up the red, perhaps seat inserts in a different color. Ferrari Historic Color "Avorio", an $11,885 upcharge. Interior looks to be Iroko, but could be Cioccolato. Hard for me to tell the difference. Very rich looking with the diamond seats. Headliner is the same pattern. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Gave it back yesterday and now they have me Maserati gran turismo. My new 458 is being collected next Tuesday so can't wait. The ff is out this world fast, the steering is so light and the sound is amazing. Bad things are the infotainment is pants, drinks a lot of petrol and the Key is very flimsy
Amazingly nimble for its size and weight, the steering is quite fast without being darty. They did a great job on that. On acceleration, I find that it really gets going above 60 mph/100 kph. It is longish geared, with 3rd being close to a 110 mph gear, and second being good to just about 80 mph.
My FF in front of my office this morning in Northwest Ohio. We are supposed to get 4-10 inches and have about 3 right now with 40 mph winds! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Now that is using the FF. Credit to you. Maybe that is why there is a resurgence in FF interest , people now "get it" .
how deep can the snow be before the front splitter gets clogged with snow? ever had any overheating issues because of that (rads blocked by snow/ice)? otherwise, rock it
Today I might have to be careful with clogging except it is only 3 miles to my house so overheating will not be an issue. I have to wait in the office until the silly sheriff lowers the snow emergency level so I can go on the road . Also while on my housing addition road I may have to use the lift system and drive slower to my house. We will see. FF's are just TOO MUCH FUN!! Rick
Who could not find the FF's shape attractive in a straight on pose?....looks pretty good to me Image Unavailable, Please Login
The old classic 308 with lady and bottle of wine poster featured a bottle of Bordeaux. The FF evokes a bottle of Burgundy. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Giallo Modena over Nero. IMO, this is not an attractive color for the FF; too loud and brash. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
