Looks like a little over-steer rain dance for the F1 pilots!! :)

RB10 on board vids look like it's trying to execute poor Sebastian.

F14T still looks really unstable under braking and turn in, onboard vids looks great everywhere else for them but under hard corners it's a proper mess.

W05 looks silky smooth everywhere. MB are packing a serious trauma level butt kicking with them this season.

Rain or shine...Merc should win this race. Their car has been pretty good in the rain over the years though, so should be an easy one ;).

Autosports live commentary said Ferrari is the smoothest downshifting car and was very good on turn in but unstable in exiting most likely due to the torque.

    Power without control....

    Indeed. Thanks for that!

Still an awful lot of unknowns & speculation about who's where, but we'll learn more as the W/E progresses..... The Cans sound a little scary if they can get the lump ('power unit' ;)) working.... Then Seb will come from behind in that last race to steal the title and F1 *should* feel incredibly embarrassed about the whole double points BS.... They won't of course. ;)

    Cheers,
    Ian

    Very cool!

Guess not many of you guys a giving it the rain dance! ;)

TBH, while I'm generally a huge fan of the rain, I'm not sure I want it this W/E. Let them get themselves sorted a little first...... Plus, as someone noted, we could 'easily' see someone electrocuted in the wet. :(

    Cheers,
    Ian

The wind is picking up. Quite strong now. It wouldn't worry me if I wasn't on a motor bike!

For the love of god. FIA Please turn up the gain on the mics around the track. I know we must live with this new sound but I want to hear the cars. From what I have read the cars sound better in person but not much. Ok then turn up the gain on the mics so I can hear it!!! Or give me back the days of the high reving V-12.

Edit: Wife and I hate the sound of the sound of the new T-V6. We just finished watching the DVR'd P1 and P2 and we both looked at each other and said. Wow not sure we are going to TX. LeMans here we come! I am totaly gutted.

I am so glad the wife and I have heard the V-12 the V-10 and the V-8 in person at the track before they went away.

Agree. I heard the turbos the first time around in the late 70s-80s and they didn't sound anywhere this bad. Wtf?
