Thought I had an original red car, but as seats and door panels have been removed for some work, the interior of the doors show blue paint. the car has been resprayed at some point in the past. online search for vin doesn't show factory color...can I assume that the interior of the doors is the original car color? thx for any advice, Ken

Do you still have the color code label on the underside of the engine lid?

Ken, your local Ferrari dealer should be able, if you provide them with your vin number ,to give you the original colour and code for you car.Worked for me, Nick.

If you register at ferrari.com & list your car in the 'my garage' section eventually sometimes build specs appear

This may sound strange, but I am actually kind of pleased...a year prior to purchasing this car I saw a Dino in this color and had to have it (I wish!) how ironic that I unknowingly bought a red car that originally this color...I would not mind doing a repaint to the original color.

I think azzurro must have been quite stunning on a B. Another "blue" 3x8 in the Lower Mainland would be great. Are you, refreshing, re-dying or reupholstering your interior? Jon

So are you going to repaint it or what?

Red it fine but to put red over that beautiful blue is disgusting.

You can check under the paint flap in the engine bay, frame top, driver's side.

Vast majority of people don't know it even exists.
