How about we make a thread for LaFerrari collectibles? A year out from its 2013 launch in Geneva, models in all scale are available. In smaller scales, Kyosho makes a nice version 1:64 scale and BBR has a really nice special edition launch edition in 1:87. Aside from magazine sneak peaks, the only literature published at this time is "LaFerrari Dynamic Art" which is about the development of the body design. Let's fill this spot up with LaFerrari. -F Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
sorry, won't play... No La's for me...way to common in miniature-land ;-) Maybe in 25 years.. when they become classic..
I was interested to see the Dynamic Art book described as the 'official catalogue' for the laFerrari. LaFerrari Edited by Moreno Gentili - Rizzoli New York - Rizzoli New York A year on from the public launch and still no confirmation or sighting of any kind a sales brochure for the laFerrari does make me wonder if the Dynamic Art book is it.
I'll check my copy to see if it has a Ferrari print code, I doubt it though. I'm sure there was a small glossy LaFerrari brochure from the Geneva show last year. Image Unavailable, Please Login

I have a few views in prints on watercolor paper, and can e-mail pics, but maybe we need more of a definition: are you confining your query to OFFICIAL made by Ferrari collectibles, like press kits? I can't figure out why Ferrari doesn't do like Porsche which makes elaborate presentation boxes for some press kits and models in conjunction with new model rollout alike the Carrera GT, and these in and of themselves become collectible. I saw several of them at a Porsche literature convention in Los Angeles.
I m waiting patiently the Tamiya version in 1/12. Probably Kyoshio will release before..but i prefer the Nice work of Tamiya. Gt4me very nice in yellow... Norrian, your much more patient than me
Are the prints released by Ferrari? Almost every brochure, press kit and manual released by ferrari is already collectible. I'm aware of some special items produced for depositors of some cars, beyond the more commonly available items. Examples include the alcantara box of prints for the 16m or the carbon fibre F50 brochure. Still no news on a brochure for the laFerrari though
+1 Looking forward to a Tamiya 1:12, hopefully in kit form. I'm looking forward to the Hot Wheels 1:18. Its a cheap way to get a decent model in a larger scale. Of course the BBR is way better in quality but I think I would rather spend my money on that special Geneva show 1:43 model. Does Ferrari typically make brochures of the super models? I have a copy of the LaFerrari book that I am planning on taking apart and making prints from if anyone is interested. -F
how to compare both ? One (BBR) is limited serie without open parts, other (Elite) large production with all open parts... Now if you prefer the last BBR production...(misadventure of a French collector last week) Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ordered a 1:43 Mattel Elite while I wait for the 1:18's to come in. The BBR 1:43 has much finer detail. Maybe get that one too some day. -F Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Looks like the first batch of red LaFerrari 1:18 Elite's has hit North America... (see pics, has several cases, looks like) Hot Wheels Elite 1 18 Ferrari Laferrari Red Black Roof BCT79 Limited Edition | eBay (no affiliation)
I pre-ordered my HWE LaFerrari back in February and was told that the first order should be shipping around Dec 15. I can't wait!
I'm waiting for my red Elite 1:18, and then maybe buy yellow. It seems that here in Portugal only comes at the beginning of 2015. I can not wait for the unwrapping.
