I wanted to thank the members of this forum for their thoughts and information which have been very helpful in the search for my first Ferrari. I just purchased a 2007 Ferrari F430 Berlinetta F1 in Rosso Corsa from Ron Tonkin GT in Portland, Oregon. It is a one owner car that was purchased from and serviced by the dealership. The car has 5,720 miles; beige interior with red stitching; challenge wheels; Daytona seats; shields; red calipers; and hifi/sub(not likely to be used much). I specifically wanted an F1 as my other cars have all been manuals. I also need to thank Greg at Ron Tonkin for making the purchase process painless. Great dealership! Greg sent me a pic of the car being shipped on Saturday. I'll post more pictures when my car arrives home(in the upper peninsula of Michigan where we still have five foot snowbanks--yikes).

That'll tear up the U P roads, for sure! And they *must* be in better condition than down here in SE Michigan.

This has been one nasty winter in the U.P. 265 inches of snow and still climbing. When the snow finally goes away, our roads will be in sad shape. At the current rate, the snow and salt may not be off the roads until mid-May!

yes, a rear end shot is always nice but post some more when you can. She should be in good hands for the ride with Reliable, I have used them many times with no issues. Congrats!

Congrats, A lot of new F-car owners this year, I am just across the border from you and we still have a fair amount of snow, but I said screw it yesterday and took the 360 for a rip, roads were clear, then a detailed wash. Scratched the itch...

Awesome! I took delivery of mine almost exactly a year ago and still remember how you feel. I was like a kid at Christmas waiting for that truck to show up. The best part is I still feel that way almost every time I take it out for a spin!

Congrats with a smile! We also inquired on that F430 but decided on a black interior as it was our first choice which we finally found in Scottsdale - also a 2007. We had to wait a while with anticipation but it's finally in its new home patiently waiting for its new name. It's my B'Day present! Now all I need is a sunny dry day-finally today! ;)
    Enjoy!

Congrats. I, too, am a 2007 F430 owner. My first Ferrari. I've had it for 1 month now and still can't wipe the smile off of my face.
