I got in my 360 over the weekend and noticed my CTEK was warm, when its usually cool. Started the car and found that my front trunk was open on my dashboard, got out and it was closed but the dash light was on, so I opened and closed the trunk, light stayed on, took 3 times to get the dash light out.

I quickly looked for a switch in the trunk but didn't see one, where it is ?

By the way, the CTEK was warm because the car thought the trunk was open and the trunk light must have been on the last 2 weeks.

Mike your switch sounds like it is defective as the 360 F1 will not start with the switch not engaged. Had a switch issue on my 360 about a week ago. There is an actuator switch both front ( as in my post above) and rear bonnets.

Is this the switch you guys are talking about?
I notice that if I leave my car in the sun for a while with the hood closed but not locked closed and then try to close it and drive away I will get error chirps and cannot start car. If I open and close front hood again all seems to be well.

Looks like a simple micro switch that Ferrari charges $125 for. Those usually don't go bad but I guess heat gets them out of adjustment. You can get a Honeywell replacement from Grainger for around $15.

No the car started just fine, just on the dashboard the light was on for the front trunk. It started and shifted just fine.

CTEK is my battery tender...sorry, I assumed most here would know what it is as there are very few brands recommended here and that is one of them.

I just want to check the switch and clean it or adjust it or replace it since it took 3 tries to get it to turn the dash light off.
