    Getting a jump start I guess but after talking with my sister, who lives out of state, I thought we could share some stories, idea's or past experiences. I want to do something special for my mom this year, something totally unexpected that includes her surviving brothers and sisters.

    Eh, coming from the peanut gallery has no merit. Have you noticed that other than criticism you are pretty much only poster or most active poster in your own threads? There is a reason no one really pays attention to your posts.

    My mother despises tattoo's and almost stroked out when my bother and I showed her our tattoo's about 10yrs ago. Also we do not even mention, or joke about, motorcycles in my immediate family. I almost killed myself on my brothers motorcycle when I was 16yrs old and lost my "nose picker" (see pic). It is kind of like the old saying "what do you get someone who has everything"?
