360 CS strip

You mean "stripe" not strip and it is a matter of preference. Its your car, I would get one if you like it, if not leave it alone.

 

What color is your CS?

 

Please use the search feature...this has been covered here many, many times and you will find much input on the pluses and minuses of putting an aftermarket stripe on the car. Many, many people have done it.

Spoiler alert - it comes down to what YOU like on the car!

 

The strip (or stripe) is a personal preference.

Personally, I wanted a non-red, non-striped car.

It's all about what makes you happy.

 

I personally don't like the stripe.

 

I like the stripe as it makes it stand out more when compared to the 360.

 

As others have said, it becomes a personal choice. If you like it you can have one installed.

I am not a fan of stripe myself, but that's me, and we are all different.

Always do whatever makes you happy. its your car.

jason1st on Fchat had an aftermarket CS stripe installed. It looks fantastic and the install seems flawless.

 

I don't care for the stripe, I think it breaks up the beautiful lines of the car. Also, I would prefer to keep it stock. But if you want it, do it. I think you can have them removed if you change your mind. What color is your car? Pics please.

 

I think it's better that you don't have it so you can put it on and remove at will!

 

It's true. I love my "strip".

And if I get tired of it….. I can take it off.

 

Stripes on a CS are for men w/ very little..........


Faux stripes on a CS are for women.

 

IMO aftermarket stripe is better than factory stripe, you can put it on or take it off as you like. It leaves no residue and you can change the color of the stripes when you get bored. Personally I have seen one too many 360 Spider/Modena with CS stripes.

 

Like others have said, it's all personal preference. It's your car, so do what you like!

That said, I do not like the stripe on the CS or Scud. The 16M stripe is nice though.

Good news is it is a decal. Bad news is, OEM, it is under the clearcoat.

Mine has an after-market stripe but honestly I'm not that bothered (it was already there when I bought it). I think it looks just as good without.

Anyway you can remove it any time you like if you get tired of it (unless it's factory of course).

how come ? I never noticed that....

 

I "striped" my 360 because I was bored. It's reversible, no big deal.
