I'm happy to discuss details and history on the blue CS for interested parties. The story was from back in 2006. It was repaired properly at Ferrari of Houston with all OEM parts.

The car is a stud, a joy to drive, tight, solid, everything it should be. I've had the car on the street and the track, and it is as solid as any I've ever driven. And it's the most beautiful color combo I've ever seen.

What was the extent of the damage that was repaired?

That car looks hot!!! But then again I love Blue CS's. I get many compliments on mine. Someone will be happy with that car if it checks out.

Is that Adam Carolla's car? It has a roof scoop plus I think it got wrecked after he sold it.

prices have gone crazy here in UK . I've owned mine since 06 and since then we've seen a 60k mile car sell for £60k to bang up to date 40k mile cars being offered at £140k . collectors want the launch spec rosso scud/alacan/harness /oem stripe combos and are paying top £££. I've seen low mileage cars in this spec listed at £150/160k and selling

The RHD cars are getting the 160gbp with 25,000 miles. I heard that a 8000 mile RHD car sold for 178k, if this is true then they are surely becoming quite collectible.

One question as mines been asleep for so long, on the drive side floor the floor seems bouncy if you stomp on it, anyone else experience this? If I hit it with my heel it would sound quite hollow, I know these cars are light but maybe not driving it for so long made me forget what it's like?

Wow, the car was sold in less than a week after it was listed. Doug did not even have time to update the pics. Weren't there pics of the car after the accident in another thread?
I could imagine what the price would have been if it has not been in an accident, probably in the high 160's to low 170's given the low mileage and rare color.

This car definitely looks much better now with OEM wheels and with that hideous aftermarket stereo, door panels speakers and subwoofer removed. The upper dash seems to be reupholstered in leather with the exception of the airbag cover on the passenger side.
Any prior story on this car, Stokpro?

Thanks for that. I've been looking around. Officially parted ways with my 997.2 GT3 last week- and was looking at moving to the new 991.....but keep coming back to the CS.

Very nice looking low mileage CS. It is a totally different car from from your GT3. Once you drive it, you will definitely be hooked. I think it is not a bad price if this is a no story car. Definitely check with Stokpro to see if it has any prior story.

Thanks again. I did google the VIN and you are correct- it had an aftermarket stereo and wheels. I may head down this weekend and look, since I'm local in SoCal- and the fact that my car is sold.

Was playing with these Hot Wheels Sizzlers from the 60s today with my 7 yr. old. Anyone notice a resemblance to our beloved CS ?

That word is usually applied to damaged and repaired...and has strong connotations...what is the story here since you said it, please detail it. Thanks in advance.

That after market stereo was hideous! But if it was removed and put back to original, why a big deal?
