I hope the pics show the prototype! If it is the final modell i´m not in because too much details i don´t like.
several 1:12's with better detail, so why would you get it in 1:8.. The only reason would be if you have more amalgam's.
+1 The Pocher kit and the Autograph transkit for less than half the cost will make this one look like a Mattel. You will need serious modelling skills however.
I sold all my 1/43, 1/18 and 1/12 years ago and since that i only collect Amalgam 1/8. Ok, collect is a big word for the less models i have...
which ones do you have? The classic Ferrari's are very good! To me Amalgam's are bit to "clean".. I like the personal touch most professional builders have. Its like the Ralph Lauren garage. The cars are better looking than new, I like them as Original as possible, Patina gives the cars a life.. they are not new.
I've never looked at the models until today. Checked out the website, and almost fell to the floor when I saw the price. Just like the really thing, in price too!
100% agree for Patina! F150 F2012 312 T2 250 GT SWB 250 testa rossa 430 Scud 917 "Steve McQueen" Just sold 250 GT Californa (too much red cars... ) and wait for F2004 Greetings Christian
I have the very first 1/8 F40s being made coming to the gallery in a week. Email for pix this model really does blow the Pocher version away - even those I have had with transkits....... Morry
Nonsense. It is a nice model, but the Pocher done right makes this one look like a toy. Sorry, couldn't resist, I am a Pocher dealer since 1995. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi Stefane, I agree with you. That's why I'm creating the transkit for the Pocher lamborghini aventador. 6.000 us dollars for a model is only for a limited group of people. I believe that creating a transkit will make everybody have the opportunity to afford a decent model fully detailed.
There are things about the Pocher which do not look as good as the Amalgam (look/feel/scale of the steering wheel, shifter/knob, dashboard, etc.). What about installing the transkit into the Amalgam to give it the details it lacks? Just a thought.....
Salut Stephan, Great model here, very detailed car. Pocher was in end 80 the best on market, and today is a reference. Concerning amalgam, yes their models looks new, but all cars a new when they start production. Patine it s question of patience.
This model is amazing - as usual I got the first ones made........email me for more photos. Image Unavailable, Please Login
