Thank you, Anthony, Phil. (Phil, you probably would like the garage, as we tend to like the same cars and have or had a few identical ones. They are mostly fringe-end. I am reminded of Alice in Wonderland, when the Mad Hatter asks Alice, “Have I gone mad?” Alice answers, “I’m afraid so. You’re entirely bonkers. But I’ll tell you a secret. All the best people are.) Regards, Andy
Andy, I just had floors done in my new business building. They are epoxy systems with urethane top coats. My office is a high gloss and the floor contractor had trouble keeping it dust free. Meaning, dust is in the finish. Does yours have dust in the finish that the camera is not picking up? This picture is the epoxy before the top coat which is actually not as glossy. Wow, that is very shiny, Dave. No, we didn't have a dust problem. But that could be because of the white color, which makes dust less obvious. But I don't see dust in my finish at all, even looking closely. I don't think mine has a topcoat either, so could that be the difference? But where did the dust come from? Was it in the epoxy or the urethane? Andy Image Unavailable, Please Login
Andy, the dust was (is) in both coats. I don't think my floor contractor did a good job tacking walls, floor, etc along with wearing a white suit over their cloths, etc.
The garage condos at NJMP are making progress after the tough winter. I have the second unit and did a build thread over on GJ NJ Motorsports Park: Exotic Car Garage NJMP - The Garage Journal Board Nirvana! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Good eye. I thought that the 037 may have been a GTO, but I blew up the pic. You are right on the money.
It's funny, but I remember these as white Ferraris. This photo was taken in Japan. The cars are owned by Koji Aoyama, who is the son of the of the owner of KRH Co. Japan. Edit: Perhaps I am wrong. These are Aoyama-sans cars:
Wow, that Enzo looks stunning with those wheels. Much nicer than the originals. Image Unavailable, Please Login
We stayed in one of those (the "villas"?), over by the carousel, during the FCA National (2011 i think). We put the 500 Mondial in the garage, dragged several coolers and some of the living room furniture onto the big, elevated back deck and watched/listened to the fun. Very nice facility.
