They just delivered it. It is all original, including the tires(not on the car currently, but came with it) and paint. 24,000 original miles. Verde Scuro (I think spelling is right) with Brown interior. #78112. All the books, tools, and records including the original window sticker. I am really excited. I love the color combination.

I was also wondering how those factored together! A Bullitt green 328? Was that colour deliberately sought? ;)

    Brad, congratulations, it's gorgeous!

Was that car in Boston? Had to have been that one, can't imagine many in the US. I saw it at an Italian car show and it was stunning - Congrats, I love it.

    Thank you very much.

My name does not have anything to do with this car. I own a black 2001 Bullitt Mustang and an E30 M3 BMW. I am on a few other sites and I just kept the same name on all of them. I try to keep things as simple as I can, since I am not very bright.LOL

I bought a black/red interior 308 GTB about four months ago. I love off color Ferraris. I felt the 308/328s are undervalued so I told myself if I could find a different color combo 328 GTB, I would buy it. About a month or so later, someone on this site posted the 328 GTBs currently available for sale. There were four of them, three red and this one in Hemmings. I immediately called the guy and, after a PPI, I bought the car. So, in conclusion, the color did matter, but not because it is the same color as a Bullitt Mustang, but just because it is so unique. BTW, thanks to whoever posted this car, I really appreciate it. I am going to try a search to find out who posted it so I can PM him to thank him.

328 GTBs have always been one of my favorites. Lots of luck!

Why there weren't more GTBs in the 308/328 series I will never know...

I have always thought the GTBs looked better than the targa top cars.

Yes. The car was originally delivered to Massachusetts. At some point, the second owner brought the car to California. He split his time between Cape Cod and Southern California.

    Thanks for your kind words.

Thanks guys. Obviously, I agree with you two. I much prefer the GTBs' roof style and I like their rarity.

Interesting. I thought the verde car for sale was 82906 but I guess I got that wrong. The verde car that went through Boston Sports Car was 82906, not this car.

Bullit, do you know what the original dealer was for the car? That info is usually in the Warranty Book.
