Pros and cons please.
Its actually tough to do a pros and cons because they usually come down to your personal biases and situation. Its not like the FF is a badly made car with problems. Try one out and see for yourself before you pull the trigger.

Con, it looks like an AMC Gremlin on steroids. Pro, it drives great. Con, it depreciates rapidly. All my opinion of course.
I want to love the FF so badly. I drove it and thought it was great and perfect for my needs. Aside from signficant depreciation (I think in the USA 2012 models will be a mid to high 100s by fall 2015) I just can't get over the styling of the rear 3/4 view. I don't understand why the designers had to be controversial in the styling, there are so many cars with hatch backs that have nice lines on that view. I also continue to be sad that the double twin rear lights seem to be gone. Particularly on cars that have such a wide rear I think it would balance the looks.
I was in the dealer with my 612 yesterday, and they have a fantasic 2013 FF with 240 miles. I am thinking about swapping the 612 for an FF while waiting for an F12. For me, the major cons with the FF are major league depreciation--think $100/day for a used one--and non-traditional Ferrari styling. A new FF would experience depreciation closer to $200/day.
The math is getting a bit better, if you buy a 2012 FF, for say $225k and use as a daily driver for say 3 years I'm guessing it will worth $125k as I think there are a lot of folks that will want one once it gets down there. There is a risk of course that they do an updated FF where they remove the hatch and make the lines more like the 612. In which case the first generation FFs probably drop more.
Don't drive an FF ... you will sell EVERYTHING to get one! Those that don't like the looks simply have not driven one and probably drive a Prius. +1 for no convertible but that's OK, that is what my California is for Rick
I have driven one. I have a 458, 991TT, SL65, Cayenne GTS, and a bunch of other crap, sadly no Prius. It's still fugly.
This morning, coming back from dropping my daughter off at school, snow is finally gone, fresh new PZero's, sticky road, 8,000 RPM in first and second ... it was beautiful! Rick
Me too. I could just not get into it nor really enjoy the drive. But thats why they make different models.
