    All,

I'm finalizing a date for a big exotic event I'm putting together. Wanted to take an early temperature as to if there are any dates that absolutely won't work for people in the event that I could work around them.

May/June - what dates are "out" for you guys?

My apologies in advance if I end up picking a date that you stated didn't work. I'm just trying to make the most people happy, if even possible.

Last event I did here had 50+ exotics. Looking to beat that number. Will have goodie bags, a raffle, etc. And the price will be right.....Free.

    ;-)

    Assuming you mean weekend dates...

May 10 (Saturday), and 16-18 (Friday-Sunday) are out

    June 7 (Saturday), 15 (Sunday), 22 (Sunday), and 27-29 (Friday-Sunday) are out

It's always a challenge to find a date that can accommodate a large group of busy people!

I was just on the Road America website checking out those dates this morning. I will definitely be attending the Ferrari Challenge as well as the Brian Redman. Can't wait.

You have quite the karting schedule. Of course you can join

Thanks Bill and with the 3 karts that we race- my g/f and her brother racing as well in the same class its quite the operation during those weekends, and the between race maintenance is crazy. We'll have them at RA too several times this summer testing and probably for a few night races.
I really don't want to miss the Ferrari event since the FCA 50th last Aug was such a blast.

That would be tons of fun but its a 100cc In the Komet Sr class. There is no shifter class in the series I'm in and actually there's not too much shifter action in north America anymore as compared to Europe. The 'hot' class is the TAG, which is still a 125 but no shifting. Whats cool is that my Merlin chassis does have the mounting points to be run as a shifter and for a short time it was one by a previous owner.

    A shot of me....

It is and a heck of a workout! Downside of racing that thing is that the car now feels 'sloppy' when tracking it at RA lol! ...Problems 'normal' people don't have :)
