    I was hoping to get a chance to talk to the owner of the Lancia Montecarlo, anyone know if he/she is a member here? It looked like it had a V6 transplant?

    The 1977 Lancia Montecarlo is owned by Ken Stevenson - Plano. And yes he did install a small block 2.5L Alfa (?) V6 engine. Very clean installation. Not sure if Ken is a member of this forum.

    I'm beginning the process of going through the 500 photos I took. And since I finally(!!!!!) renewed my Silver, I'll post some tomorrow. Hats off to the crew at Boardwalk for another fantastic event. Hands down, the LARGEST turnout I've seen there.

    I only have one picture on my phone and a couple more on my real camera which I am away from.

    The new McLaren 650s or whatever it's called. I heard someone say it's the first in texas. I'm surprised to see one so quickly. I doesn't seem like McLaren announced it that long ago

    Yup, that was Rosso Dino. Rare color...I've only seen it one other time, on a 599.

    With the new building coming soon, I'm not sure how many more events we will have on the lawn!

    Hopefully we can sneak in the Fall Concorso 2014,

    Thanks to Boardwalk for hosting. Anyone know which cars won the various awards? My only feedback would be to do the awards ceremony a little earlier in the event, because a lot of cars started leaving beforehand. Great time though!

    Going from memory here...

    Best of Show was the red Ferrari 330GTC.
    Best Ferrari was a 328.
    Best Lambo was the red Diablo.
    Best Maser was a black Gran Turismo S.
    Best Italian was the red Alfa.
    Best Internation was the Porsche GT.

    Not a problem. ;) It's beautiful, glad I finally got to see it in person!

    Second batch. There were some nice cars off the show field as well, such as a Gallardo Nera, an SRT Viper, a plastidipped Charger Super Bee, and a gorgeous dark red 599.
