Thanks! My 928 is a pristine 79 with some very fun mods. Full leather interior, Headers, SS exhaust and Borla, Momo short shifter, S4 (Brembo) brakes with cross drilled rotors, Aluminum radiator, Eibach and Bilsteins, GTS mirrors, 3 piece cup wheels, H4 headlights and a Nakamichi MBV1 CD player. It's a beast of a car - the mods utterly transform it. Color is Petrol Blue and cork interior. Complete records back to the window sticker. My newly acquired Mondial is a PERFECT compliment to my 928. So different, but in a great way. The Mondial is BONE stock. I think I'm going to keep her that way too.
Interesting fleet. Both cars very much underappreciated by the brand enthusiasts. I believe people who have driven the cars know how good they really are. Very nice pair! Regards, Jerry
Seems funny how both cars and people have put on weight over the years, but everything from WS still looks pretty good after all these years....... Regards, Jerry Image Unavailable, Please Login

Hi Chuck, My rear windows are not fixed yet, they are just stuck on down, I have the Volvo motor replacement for it but just not motivated to work on it now. Been like that for 2 years, but I'll get to it this summer when I have more time. Here are a few shots from today at the CLUBHOUSE. I think this comment is quite telling. Mike has had the time to completely go through two other cars and make them what he wants but hasn't had "time" to fix a single fussy window on the Mondial. I'm in the same boat. One window stuck down. I haven't even tried to get it moving with direct voltage. Just presume I don't want to know.
You are spot on PV, I just don't care to fix the bloody window because I only drive the car top down! Now I am restoring my 71 Fiat 850 spider, tracing a fuel leak, redoing the dash and electronics, then to paint (Lambo lime green). On top of running 2 businesses my wife and I bought last year and there's a good chance I will go back to my project management consulting job next month. Yeah, crazy busy!!! Nice set you have there! They look more nice on your baby then on mine I need to say and I actually like to total looks of the car better now then with the stock wheels! I was nice meeting you as well Bart! Hadn't had the time anymore to take a look to take of the airco compressor today to see where the noise from the cam cover comes from. When I am in the neighborhood I drop you a call upfront to look at your beauty! Enjoy the weekend! Tijn

Hi dear Mondial family, I came across this photo of Rachel that was taken by Matt Stone, when he was preparing the article on Rachel and the Valeo, for FORZA magazine - June 2012 edition. I had forgotten all about this shot - since the mag showed a head-on shot. Cheers, Hank Image Unavailable, Please Login
