More often than not, an original design ends up awful. Case in point here:
    Enzo Stuarti's Sonata
If I knew I wanted an f40 and couldn't come up with a better design on my own, why not? It beats the hell out of another Sonata monstrosity.

Not a bad replica but I would have gone with a 503E or a 2JZGTE.

Good on him, nice replica. Shouldn't have Ferrari badges on though.

I know this is a reply to an old post but it is a little sensitive to me ..
I don't know why so many negative comments regarding the F40 Silhouette/replica.. Firstly the owner of this car has a deep respect for Ferrari and that is why he hasn't got Ferrari badges / shields on the car.. He doesn't claim for it to be a ferrari .. It is his recreation and he did a great job.. The car is a track weapon, even a real F40 will not keep up with it unless maybe if it was an LM ..

New Zeland makes some great replicas , even the full recreation of the 1962 250 GTO Ferrari Replica- which can fetch up to 1million $ so yes , some replicas do cost a lot of money if they are made right
