s/n is 110491. I contacted Ferrari in Italy trying to get a breakdown of how many 1998 355 GTS were produced. They could not disclose nor could they tell me how many in Rosso barchetta. I have read they total production of the GTS was 2048.

Numbers and colors? Sounds like a great excuse for a research trip. Check the original logs and make the count yourself. Then publish it. If they allow it of course.

Like it? I do. Fun to drive in every way. Great lines-embodies the ultimate progression of the 3xx mid-engine ferraris. Quintessentially Ferrari, exotic thru & they.. Awesome to look at, drive and hear anytime it's lit up. The 355 only looks dated sitting next to a 430 or 458, but few prefer them on looks alone. I'm having a major done and Fabspeed headers to replace failed OEM. I think I'm going to love it all sorted out. You've gotta plan on this yourself now.
