Ciao laferrari 01, your contribution to the forum with picture is appreciated i think from everyone, your preferences are well known, i think to stop other steril discussion the better things to do is post picture and not the same comments at every post

The LaF is fantastic, but this here is why I prefer the older cars. Too much attention for my taste - the idiot who actually ran into the other lane in the tunnel was the icing on the cake. True Darwinism at its' finest.

just amazing !

 

this car is incredible. exactly how I'd have it-- the silver wheels, black interior. this car and the Titanio car (also with titanio roof) are by far my faves.

 

Driving any Ferrari / exotic in Monaco is the assurance of finding your face on the net, get invasive photographers almost get into the car cockpit to take pictures, spend your time making sure you avoid all the photographers on the way...

It used to be a heaven for wealth. It surely still is but in a fashion of a theme park, where "normal people" come watch what wealth and the wealthy look like. It's a zoo but the rich are the animals.

 

Well said. You cannot go to Monaco in an exotic without being prepared or willing to get attention and photographs taken.

There are still plenty of exclusive and high-end places where those with a lot of money can socialize and drive about whilst retaining a low profile.

2 changes I noticed in Monaco in the past 15 years: more poseurs (mostly eastern new money) and more "normal people" watching the wealth, calling for more poseurs...calling for more spotters...

Spent 1 week there driving a CS, what a mess - not the CS

it is true. the annoyance of driving a supercar there is beyond any measure. can't see how there is any fun driving any car there. i wonder how owners would feel being forced to be nice to these 'photographers'.

 

You gotta keep in mind that spotters usually are as passionate about cars as we do, they just live their passion in a way that better suits their means.
That's what makes me live with their invasiveness.

Still plenty of nice roads (to Eze, Rocquebrune, Nice...) to enjoy the drive better than in Monaco!
