That shows you that the driver was performing a power-slide!!!

    hah

To be fair, the driver did seem to make quite a few correction trough few of the corners.. but I really have no idea what that means for the lap time. I just know that when it happens in F1 the driver is not a happy with the car.

At 1:32 does the blue bar below the rev counter indicate ERS power? We see it drop as he changes gear then back on fully.

I am guessing all mags got to test the same car ?

It almost looks like it cuts off the electric power stream when you downshift and then it goes back up to full power..

i do wish that there will be more individual tests of lafe in the future in different tracks. can't say that fiorano is the most exciting track from a spectator point of view.

yes, but in terms of competitioncars it is called 'no rear traction whatsoever'.

If you don't want that to happen, don't disengage the electronics fully in a 1000 HP RWD car and gun the throttle in 2nd gear. You have to feed in the power and keep the electronics in their optimal setting if you are after lap times, which clearly the driver was not at the time!

Just speed read all tests. A true masterpiece from Maranello is Sutcliffes conclusion, born out by all the rest. Game on.

Wow. I've watched Sutcliffe's videos for many many years. I've never seen him like that. I'm amazed he managed to get so much said about a car which honestly must have fried his brain. A very hard thing to make a good video and comments when you are driving something so utterly insanse.

One of the biggest compliments that I took from that video is how little talk there was of the hybrid system. It must mean the car feels like a natural V12 hypercar. Great news for all traditional Ferraristi.
