Black Scud with stripe northbound on PCH in South Laguna Beach 9:30 am this morning - was going southbound on my road bike.

 

Another Black SLS on Mulholland at Beverly Glen half an hour ago.

 

White F430 Spider off Santa Monica and 405 around noon today. A white California and a black 458 on Ocean Ave and Montana around 2ish. A white 458 Spider and a McLaren 650S in Malibu later today.

 

Saw two Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale Tractor Trailers traveling west on Hwy 58 through Tehachapi. Anything going on up north? Beautiful rigs. Time was around 3:30 pm.

 

A silver 458 w/ stripe on the front hood, yesterday (Sunday) around 2:30 pm,
Hawthorne Blvd. & Granvia Altamira in RPV (turning left onto South bound Hawthorne Blvd).
Anyone here?

 

Saw this BMW in Santa Monica a couple of days ago. What is it?
The guys were mounting a camera on the roof.
Sorry the second picture is a little fuzzy. I was driving while holding my iPhone with the case cover flopping all over the place. I know it's a $161 ticket for talking on the phone, is there a ticket for taking pictures while driving? I only swerved a little bit.

Thanks. I Googled BMW i8 and one article said they are doing press drives in LA this week. The car doesn't come out until June. Interesting car.

Black TR on Beverly Glen just south of Sunset parked on the street getting real dirty.

 

I saw some sort of 'charging station' at Nobu on PCH in Malibu for BMW, not sure what it was all about. Anyone know more?

 

Many local businesses in SM and Malibu have charging stations for some residents that have gone "green". The one at Nobu has been there for a while but recently labelled for BMW for the i3 during their usual test route of Ventura>PCH>MDR>PacPAL>PCH>Ventura

Gold wrapped SLS on Benedict Canyon tonight.

White 458 spider with NY plates is becoming a regular fixture at Fox Plaza. The semi-abandoned black 360 spider in the Equinox parking garage is gathering dust with its sister black Aston roadster.


EDIT: i8 BMW is always on Wilshire between SM Blvd and the 405 between 10:45-11 every day. I don't think they leave from BH BMW, that is a little far.

 

Its just stationed at the Viceroy in Santa Monica. Its own parking spot right in front with flags blowing and everything.

 

There are 2 or 3 i8s here in LA. The one at the Viceroy is reserved for podcasters like Chris Harris that want video and windy roads.

SLS, vantage, r8 v10, DB9, original believe #18 of the Shelby cobras that was a race car next to Bobs Big Boy last night. Black 430 on 101 south, red TR going north followed by a white mp 12c around 11 am today.

 

Super rare in white and so beautiful! In the Orange Circle today what a treat to see right around the corner from my house.
