    I like scale model airplanes, I really do but if I am going to do that much work and spend that much money and then have something I need a hanger for anyway I want to be able to sit in it when it flies.

    Also, when I did this (RC planes) we had a general rule of thumb: If it does not have guns, then it is not worth modeling.

    There are, of course, exceptions (SR-71 for example) - but I don't understand an Airbus.

    Unless, of course, you are doing PR for Airbus Industries. In which case, you had better hope you don't crash it.

    What I don't understand is if you're not an aviation enthusiast why fly RC planes? It's a lot easier to fly around in video games if you want guns.

    I have over 20 RC planes now, the most fun I've had is my recently acquired scale Airbus A320 just love flying circuits trying my best at scale touch and goes

    I think my next build will be a 737-800 or 787

    I also love my warbirds :)
