i love the colour too but it looks a fraction lighter than grigio ferro, i wonder if it might be silverstone?

Silverstone is darker than Ferro, so no chance IMO.

Pretty sure it is Ferro. I nearly went for it as I love it but it really means a dark interior and feel the F12 needs a lighter one more befitting of its status as a super GT and more importantly, less coffin like IMHO. Hence Silverstone which takes beige or Cuoio although under the detailers lights it appears more like Ferro.

I stand corrected, yes agree silverstone is darker - i looked on the configurator. The darkest grey of all actually is another historical color - grigio scuro - which looks great. does anyone have a picture of an actual car in grigio scuro?

Don't trust the configurator too much but yes it is darker.

Looking for Grigio Scuro, I came across this one which I'm pretty sure it's not silverstone and not grigio medio, so... might be. Not even sure if it's metallic or not (grigio scuro is not)

IMO all greys from silver to scuro (even alloy and ultimately black) work perfectly with tan or cuoio. I deem Cuoio as a popular choice when speccing Ferro and I agree it works fine.

Grigio Scuro works perfectly with Cioccolatto leather IMO

Beautiful pics! I'm trying to revive the italian community on Fchat.. I started a thread about some good spots stated in Italy (sport/super/exotic cars).
If you have more you could post them there :)
I'll be glad to keep my community up and to see some clean shots.

I think Silverstone is a bit darker than Ferro. I've searched a picture of the two colors side by side but didn't find any.

Thanks traveller ! you could get the pictures a bit bigger by clicking on "gallerie" but anyway...

I remember you had to choose between Silverstone and Ferro...

And would have gone with Ferro if I could have lived with a black interior, but to my eye it only works with black. Maybe on the F12 Spider......
