    Another Aston-Martin dealership on North Clark Street. So that's what, three A-M dealers in Illinois? Is the demand really there?

    Same occurrence with Maserati. There are maybe 5 in the area now that I'm aware of.

    I saw a new Aston Martin dealer on Ogden Avenue not far from Continental Autosports also. I think it used to be a SAAB dealer.

    The Aston Martin dealership down there is part of Napleton Aston Martin. Didn't know that until I went in and asked. Those guys are the ones on Ogden I think, so they have another branch downtown too. Said they opened that one in December/January this year sometime around then.

    They were allowed to open a branch downtown while BGC is downtown? That's not how it usually works... wonder if Aston is leaving BGC? or is it just a 'showroom' and they can't actually 'sell' cars at the downtown location?

    Is BGC an authorised Aston dealer? They probably did it to compete with sales from them since they sell a wide variety of cars whether or not they are an authorised dealer. LFSC opened a branch downtown called McLaren Chicago and they did it to compete with BGC because they were selling alot of McLarens and they wanted to have an authorised dealer down there.

    Actually, you're right... I thought they were an actual dealer, but looks like they're not...

    I saw LFSC did that recently - I'd be interested to see the number of Ferrari's sold by each dealer as well, and I'd bet BGC is right up there if not higher....

    Five is Ziegler Maserati in Schaumburg. My personal opinion is Maserati is flooding the market too much and we will see a sharp depreciation curve on the cars (as we traditionally have). As long as the car proves to be reliable I can see myself picking up a CPO'd one when my C63 warranty runs out in 1.5yr.

    Saw my first Maserati Ghibli @ Maserati Chicago (BGC) last week and was pleasantly surprised. It looks better than the new Quattroporte and just about anything in that class.

    Most Masers are QP and Ghibili's, so they need more dealerships... People are less willing to drive further for service/etc for family cars than for weekend/sports cars... I wonder how the total number of porsche dealerships has changed since the panamara/cayenne introductions?
