This thread has been for a long time - and continues to be - one of the strangest threads on fchat. I used to come here for the LaFerrari v. P1 v. 918 info (and still have hopes for such content from time to time). It is like a traffic accident that I can't bear to watch, but can't look away from either.

 

Kevin you totally right I'm here for the same reason.

I was thinking it's a Laferrari vs P1 only and after all this I do believe the 918 a hard player if all what been said is true.

Which makes me so happy we having three great cars with different characters and how each company defines speed and power.

Besides few I know getting an 918 so I'll keep the trash talk when I see them lol.

Can you ever start with the petrol engine? Nothing beats the sound of a cold start.

 

Where's WTDOOM, he would know this for sure. I was told in the past that the car always starts into default E-mode, unless the e motor battery is flat or nearly flat...in which case the petrol motor would immediately start up. Not sure if it is this way now with customer cars finalized. Not sure if it can be set up to fire up petrol motor on turn of the key.

 

stunning car. 'my' spec puts it just under 1mil. + 3-4mil for a Glickenhaus style re-engineer/re-design to make it a one-off for the ages. worth every penny
