Setting aside the debate of the merits or lack therof of converting any Ferrari to something that it is not, I have to say the car looks AWESOME

Here you are. This is the second version of the first turbocharged engine ever produced by Ferrari, a 2 valve and 2 liters V8 engine. This second version (intercooled) has 254 hp. The first version (not intercooled) had 220 hp. Just 308 units of "GTB turbo intercooler" (that is the model's official name) were produced.

    ciao

    Thank you nery much.

The 328 GTB is better, but this is faster from 3500 to 5500 rpm (more or less), where it has an impressive power output. Below 4000 rpm the 328 is much and much stronger and a bit faster over 6000 rpm too.

    Alberto,

Hope you wouldn't mind me nitpicking here, but that car has its front spoiler and rear "skirt" repainted red, which is incorrect...if you want to have her in full period correct OEM configuration, these must be painted satin black.

yes, thank you, i know that. Also the side lower panels were repainted in red: the former (and only) owner liked the all red color so repainted them in red. Except for that, the car is amazing and like new: 36 k km (22,5 k miles), oem paint, oem interiors, never crashed. Untouched, except for the black to red conversion of mirrors, front spoiler, rear wing and lower side panels.

The car is so beautiful and untouched that i will probably keep the car in the all red color as it is now.

Here below a picture of my 328 GTS with the correct black paint and the side view of the "all red" GTB turbo

    ciao

That's a professional picture: awesome. Even aside the new and good looking 458, the old 328 still looks better: that's just my personal opinion, of course.

The car looks great! The shallow depth of field really makes the car pop. Super easy to get that effect, if you have a DSLR, just set your camera to aperture priority with automatic shutter speed, set the aperture to the largest aperture your camera has and make sure the car is focus.

The 3x8 series is my all-time favorite. I wouldn't complain if I had a 458 -- of all the modern Ferraris the 458 takes many stylistic elements from its classic siblings and puts it together rather nicely. Still, it's not the car I pined after all those years...

The photo is actually a composite (according to my friend) using the "Brenizer method". It was a ludicrously large item to download originally, but the result is quite stunning.

Well that's even cooler then. The shallow depth of field adds great drama.
