I would like to extend HUGE thanks to Dennis for his generosity and offering me the chance to get behind the wheel of his 355! I felt considerably more comfortable this time around. Still fine tuning my rev matching, but it's getting there!

We drove around, had some great food, and great conversations about living life. What more could one ask for?!

Nice video, great car and a beautiful day!

When you said "rev matching" I thought you meant like heel & toe downshifts.

For those upshifts, just get the clutch out a little faster and you're good-to-go!

Now that the warm weather is finally upon us, let's hope the potholes get filled quickly ;^D

Not really heel & toe, just getting the rpms to match. Just a little more practice and I'll have it!

FORZA magazine has a great article on the 355 if anyone owns one or is interested in getting one. There is a gorgeous 355 here in the Toledo area.

Is that 355 silver or grey exterior? I think I've seen it out on the road a couple times.

Rick...I hope that was my 355 in the Toledo area you were referring too! Save that FORZA so I can check it out. Chris has been in my 355, check out the "Full Sound" F355 video he has. It was fun...

From watching the video, that gearbox is noticeably clickier sounding than my 6MT 430 spider. It should be the same gearbox, right? I love that "click-click" sound, by the way!

Completely different, the 355 has a transverse gearbox while the 360 and 430 have a conventional longitudinal box.

Do they sound different while shifting?

Hell yes Ron, that was one of my favorite videos I did last summer! One of the best sounding cars ever!

That's not the gearbox you're hearing...it's the shift gate.

Yep, referring to yours. I think I will be at Toledo C&C this Sunday and will have the FORZA with me. Long range forecast is 40% chance of storms, high 77 so I may drive the Cali for a change. It is in the office with me today with the top down! Beautiful day!
