Ah, I missed this post so back to you, an 2013 F1 car is still an F1 car.

The reasons for f1 not having it is because of regulations. Road cars don't have these restrictions.

The only people complaining about the button are the ones the don't have it. I'd rather have the option than not.

    'nuff said.

correct. that is the number allocated to the us market. my car is a hk market car that i ordered in us spec. for me there is no point keeping the car in hk as i cannot use it. so the number in the us will be somewhat more than 120 if there are other people like me

The original US Enzo allocation was to be 70 units but, more than 120 US spec cars ended up here.

Why bother with a boost button, seems like a gimmick to me, having to put your foot flat and then having to push a button seems strange, foot to the floor, should on its own initiate max power from the powertrain.

I thought it was going to be faster! :(
Now we just need a mag like AMuS to properly test it and give us them numbers :'D
    Good times ahead :)

You're right, about 0.1s earlier. Though if you time both acceleration runs separately, P1 is ~0.4 of a second quicker to 200 kph.

Incredible! Mclaren fanboy did it! P1 tape has been edited (at the begining, observe engine rpm: between 1 and 3, you can see the tach pointer jumps)
Such guys cannot stand the idea LaF is better. They will do anything they can to demonstrate P1 supposed suprematy.

P1 was un real test of performance and the LaFerrari not, because you can see that the rpm only up to the top on the P1 and Laferrari up gear 300-400 rpm less that the máximun power.

pointless and a waste of time. well, perhaps useful to particular fanboys in desperate need of self-worth reinforcement.

LOL, since when have dash speedos and tachs ever been mph and millisecond accurate?

All you can tell from this video is that no human being could ever tell the difference between them. If you said otherwise, you'd be embarrassing yourself.

What a great video, wish more journalists did stuff like this. His FB page is really cool to follow too.

On the seats; They are fixed but I believe you can have the seat angle between 27-31 degrees.

Btw this slide confirms Ferrari has done lap time oriented testing at the 'Ring, although Lago said they would not disclose any time.

It's funny he mentions the gearbox is the same as Mercedes use in the SLS (but he does not know it's the Getrag 7DCL750) and says "it's funny because Ferrari's shift speed and quality is so much better". What he forgets to mention is that AMG have on purpose held back on the shift times to improve the durability of the gearbox. DCT sensor failures have not been uncommon the last few years with Ferrari's, whilst there have been no major issues with the SLS. I'm surprised they use the 7DCL750 in LaF.
