That crash looks pretty bad. News report said the driver and passenger's injuries are not too serious. Hmmm...
But they were flown by helicopter to nearby to a hospital. Hope to get some updates.

    Car VS tree.

    Tree wins everytime.

Can anyone tell me if there's ever been a 12C crash death?

Just because you dislike McRon why do you dislike the whole company (of dedicated workers)?

This to happen would require they spend more time working than spreading the word through the Net.

Bravo... So now we talking about someone crash and making fun of his situation ?!

Mclaren or Volga we should be sorry for the situation and wish them a speed recovery.

    Real men do that.

You cannot seriously compare heaps of crap and authentic russian works of art.

For the rest, I agree. ;)

Helicopter ride was precautionary. Injuries were not serious. They were back at the hotel that evening and will be okay. So will the car when McLaren finish with it. Permanent damages will be monetary - likely to an insurance company's bottom line.

Most impressive thing about acceleration times between these 3 is the fact that 918 actually IS in the same stratosphere as P1! In fact, its very, very close. So close that probably 99% of buyers wouldn't be able to physically notice the difference.

Whats also interesting beside the fact that their acceleration looks brain melting, is the design of P1's screen which looks like Ron's grandson draw it. Other then that, crazy, crazy cars.

I wouldn't even bother. He probably has never even driven a Ferrari, McLaren, or Porsche. He has most likely zero experience or knowledge about these kinds of cars except reading magazines and playing Forza.

.2 sec faster than LaF? when did the LaF go through a standardized, fully instrumented test? per the screens, Mac could've bought better ones from vendors. bottom line: vid clip comparo is utterly stupid.

I like Mclaren products, F1 the most. I even like Ron, pompous as he is, unlike most Ferrari fans. I dislike the smug and disrespectful attitude of most Mclaren fans though. They look down on Ferrari (and Porsche, Pagani, Bugatti) products and their fans and assume that their choice of car somehow makes them wiser.

Just like football, boxing fans and so on...camps camps camps.lsss

    sppppppss

Nothing IMHO wrong with respectful conversations after all we as consumers need to share our opinions and experience , yes it's a Ferrari forum and I love Ferrari but I'm honest I do like others too it's not blind love because once I stop buying Ferraris or any they won't care they will find a new customer anyway.

So nothing's is personal it's just business.

And yes i own all the car you mentioned and no I'm not showing off but it's the truth.

This is the first time I'm saying this, but Ferrari will find a customer anytime and they won't even care about me.

And as a McLaren owner I believe they need my support more than Ferrari at the moment and they been supporting me since my 12C and now with the P1."

That's why I'm between the 458 Speciale or an 650S.

And likely a 650s if my Llaferrari won't get the ok

Speaking like this about people you don't know is a true proof of impoliteness and arrogance.
I'm not here to compare my life, my cars and other things.
Here in Switzerland and French Alps we prefer secret and low profile than show off. We are not in California.
So, keep your vanity and supidity for others please.

LOL. It's not vanity. It's merely the fact that discussing the merits and faults of these things with people who very well might not have any experience with them whatsoever is a waste of time.

If you've never driven a McLaren or Ferrari, why should anything you say be of any value aside from facts and numbers? I'll gladly listen to you regurgitate facts, but your opinion on the cars is next to worthless if you have no experience in either.

Hell, you don't even need to have driven an LF, 918, or P1. 458, 911 GT3, 12C -- all perfectly fine experiences to draw from being that certain aspects made their way into the others. If you've driven something relevant, say so. If not, your opinion is meaningless. And yes, I think you lack the experience.

But this doesn't forbid me to have an opinion about mclaren fan boys and their methods.
