    Are you sure?
If you are as smart in evaluating cars than in evaluating people's profile your posts are pure waste of time.

Whoa, hold it right there Mbn. :) Why would you want to get a 650S when you already have a P1 and a 12C?

Wouldn't you be busy with the P1 already? You have money to burn ?

....Oh, because "you can"... I see. :(

If you have something to add for constructive debate, say so. If not, you should post elsewhere.

Someone on here said it best: You don't always want to get out of a clown car.

As cool as a P1 and LF are, I can see there being plenty of times when you'd rather be in a 458 or a 650S. Both are a bit crazy still, but LF and P1 are on a different level. Sometimes they would just be dumb to drive.

Sweet!!! I have driven a Ferrari and a McLaren. So my opinions ARE relevant!!!  Who knew...? ;) :D

I'll even admit to driving several Porsches but they were obviously just crap. ;)

    Congrats, you opinion is valid.

Now just start actually being constructive in your debate, like you claim. That link I posted was to your post history -- and it was a nearly page of information-less garbage. I don't think I need to copy and paste it. If you're just going to argue and take sarcastic, lame jabs at people, at least be honest about it. Don't pretend it's a valuable, constructive debate.

I read Fchat since 8 years or more. My goal is not to post here - you can evaluate my posts number / years ratio- . As a Ferrari lover and driver myself I like to read constructive comments from other Ferrari lovers, owners or not. But I began to post here when the Mclaren fan boys proliferation became too noisy in this Ferrari chat Forum*. Some people are here with evil intentions, it's an evidence.
Is it clear for you now?

*To be honnest, I have little time to it now, since prolonged recovery times at home. Be patient, I hope I'll be less present here soon.

Mclaren themselves admit they are not in the same league as Ferrari or Porsche for road car recognition , a stark contrast to what some posters were saying here a while back .

AK, you are the Pope Benedict XVI? Or Didier Burkhalter, President of the Swiss Conferderation? You can speak for the world or just Switzerland? I do not know you but you are the most impolite and arrogant boy I have ever read. Your father and your mother, they not love you? But for one thing I am envious…my question is:

Can you please give me some special tips for to drive faster on Forza? I have problems with fine-tune suspension setup for slow tracks, you recommend hard or soft? For long straight after start, you begin in first or second gear? Last question, you are a great, good or bad Forza driver? Final question, quick lap times on Forza, is possible to use this for obtaination for driver licence? Thank you. If you reply nicely to me, I will tell my fine friend Pope Francis, Bishop of Rome and absolute Sovereign of the Vatican City State, that you are a nice man. Not well, but still nice.

Constructive question: is the compressor in the P1 spooled electronically or just connected to the turbine?

Mr Flewitt was not referring to the quality or capabilities of their products with that statement; he was simply referring to brand recognition. Any idiot should agree to that too, so lump me in of course. :)

See, that's not a nice thing to say about someone. :(

I look forward to meeting Giacomo someday - hopefully I get to keep his autograph because he is a star that shines brightly in the faces and dark places no one else talks about then.

A short story about brand recognition...
One day in London... A white mp4 in the street... And some english people seriously asking: "What car is it? A Ferrari?"

P1's two turbochargers operate conventionally - spun up only with exhaust gas pressure. They are not like the the turbochargers in current Formula One powerplants.

The ignorant (aka: non-car people) generally assume everything special is a Ferrari until informed otherwise. I've seen it happen with products from lots of brands, even many that regular people should be able to recognize.

True story - across from Museo Ferrari in Maranello is a place called Push Start that rents mostly Ferraris. In the lineup on the day I was there was a Verde Ithaca Gallardo Superleggera and I overheard some guy ask the lady there what kind of Ferrari it was while he was standing close enough to read the the "Lamborghini" script on the tail, and then sounds all surprised when she had to correct him.

Tnx, can't believe they didn't use their own F1 tech*, it would have been hips more efficient, but guess that's the drawback when you just have only one engine to play with. From recent Italian patents indications are the next 458 will use it instead, which makes a lot of sense. Only needs a small battery, cancels lag completely and can keep performing continuosly. Best solution for a turbo.

    * Just remembered it's not "their own" ;)
