Sorry I had to miss it. Looks like a fun event (as all of the events there have been).

Yes, am so sorry I messed the date up for you, we missed seeing you! Next year will be the tenth overall, so maybe we can make it better with a fleet of Super STOLs. Alain de Cadenet is building one, perhaps he will join us and we'll get a few 275s in to boot.

You know I think he could...put it on your calender next year, drop in, then over to Mountain Air for a week.

I rode my motorcycle up to the factory and did about 6 landings of various types and it is most impressive what you can do in that thing. It'll take off in the width of about 5 of those Ferrari's and land just as short. It virtually eliminates the need for an airport or runway.

Now I don't need to buy a hundred acres to get in and out. Where is Mr. Fantango located?

Nope, rode up there a couple months ago and shot this right after I took my helmet off. A few minutes later I went up in it and was SOLD.

Never thought flying slow could be so much fun. just think of the possibilities. If something goes haywire with a motor ever, your choices of landing spots without the likelihood of busting the plane up are nearly endless.

Now that is just mega! If you are nearby again, come over and visit. We love to see them land at Julie's. The last comment on the video is amazing considering the legendary status of the SupeCub.

Gary is an incredible pilot. He looks, and walks like a bush pilot. He does not have the fear gene.
