    Off-topic maybe, but 458 soooo much better looking than LaFer. Hope they're smart enough to revert to Pinin for next 458 (and other models).

    Marcel, I think it is extremely interesting that someone with your provenance and extensive experience with vintage and modern Ferraris would own a 599.

    Not saying that I disagree with you; the 599 is an extremely competent car, as you well know. Just more of a comment that of all of the Ferraris that you know so well, you chose a 599. I'd love to know why.

    Simply love the lines. And the "fat ass" (apologies!). The 599 is a modern 275 GTB and Daytona. My 599 has a Cuoio interior which I consider perfect with Blu Pozzi. I use it as a daily driver.

    I saw your 599 in the background of pictures at Villa D'este. I thought it was Pozzi and was going to ask you for confirmation.
    When I looked again (on my tablet) I thought "oh it's nero" and was a little dissapointed.
    So glad I was wrong, a great colour.
    Do you know when and on what car Blu Pozzi was first used ?
