This car has been with me and you for 6 years. Always well maintained and in great condition. Just put it on eBay. Will post more pics. I will negotiate for cash or trade for a red/tan F430 ! Ferrari 360 Spider Convertible 2 Door | eBay Cheers
eBay has bidding up to $60,600 and you're not taking it, instead waiting for $63500? With 70000 miles, you should take it and run, providing it's a legitimate bid of course.
As a fellow fcar enthusiast I would also advise the seller to take 60k and run if it is a serious offer. There are 2 360's local to me with asking prices in the 60's that have 20-30k miles.
The high bidder has bid on six different Ferraris in the past six days. He does have a feedback of 53 and it's 100% positive so he may be legit. Bidding at 61,091 with reserve met. It is the least expensive non-salvage 360 I have seen recently.
what does 70,000 miles have to do with it ? he is asking a fair price for the car based on the miles. You sound shocked that the bidding is up to $60k because of the miles, i think he can get his price or much closer to it at least. ***EDIT*** oops, I am late to the party, I see he did get his price...Congrats.
Umm.. Yes, I'm shocked that a 70k mile 360 was able to pull $63,600. To the OP - did the transaction conclude and is the car actually sold?
hi guys The buyer called me twice already. WE are doing a PPI mid next week. He is legit and serious apparently. It is the cheapest Ferrari out there without an accident or salvage title. Never been painted actually. Trust me guys, the mileage after 30k doesn t count anymore. It is not a mathematical equation. There is a huge human factor. Taking care of the car by a knowledgeable handy enthusiast with doctoral degree in engineering mustcount for something. I drive the car daily, but i wash it and wax it DAILY! By changing oil regularly, maintaining and fixing every minute problem; the car will literally last forever. Between you and I, if the sale doesnt go through, i will be happy to keep my baby ! I just spent a lot of money, 4 new tires, 4 rims refurbs, AC refub, All CEL issues taken care of, new Rear View cam, polish , to prepare it for the guy... he will love it... Cheers
Just curious how he would get to do a ppi when he already one the bid and should be buying at this point. Did you let him make it a condition of the auction? Pretty nice if you did.
Even if you win the bid on eBay, you can change your mind. You will get a negative review. The best is to contact the seller, and explain your payment plan. He called and asked me for a favor and i didnt mind it. The man is free of asking what he wants... he doesnt have time to come here so he asked me if i can take it to the dealer and he will pay. Since i have time, i didnt mind I am sure the car is clean and i am not trying to fool anyone. After the PPI if he bails out, i will put a negative review and i will happily keep the car I already have 3 local people waiting to buy the car anyways. So... Whatever... worst case scenario i will keep my red trinity, enjoy the vette and postpone buying the 430 a bit Cheers Image Unavailable, Please Login
EBay (and the law) do not consider winning an EBay vehicle auction as any kind of binding contract. So no winning bidder of a car auction on Ebay actually has to go through with it and there are no repercussions. Not even Negative feed back as the seller seems to think. Sellers have not been able to leave negative feed back for buyers in years. Only buyers against sellers.
