She has had the mufflers removed now, breathes better and pulls well, actually pleased with the look after seeing her for 14 years with a wing. Starting to think the lines look better with out the wing.
I cannot disagree with that notion! Many left the factory that way, and more 25ths have wings than they ever originally did. I think it may be that the 25th is so stylized that this renders the addition of the wing unnecessary. Glad you are enjoying her, I saw the car often when my neighbor Nader A had it when it was new. I keep going back and forth regarding the wings. I see a picture wingless and I can almost 'see' the car swooosh through the air. I then see a winged car and feel the wing completes the car.

Have a friend who is a aluminium sheet metal worker an welder sort a template if I ever wish to re mount an then re weld new sections in. It was then repainted... Thank you, the colour is Giallo Fly (only UK RHD supplied) only other is Jim Copes in SA which is same combo RHD that I know of.

The Yellow DD Anni in Aust came via Hong Kong (maybe originally UK delivered??) - one of four countach imported here from Hong Kong by the late Bob Ljubic. Australian delivered Anniversaries were all fuel injected.
