It sounds like you mean DOT race tires. If so go here:
Hoosier Racing Tire - Tires Designed For Champions
    go to "road racing"
    click "specs"
    go to sportscars DOT
The R tire is for road courses
The A tire is for auto-x (but you can race the A's on roadcourses)

The selection of street tires is broad. Race tires are more problematic. Kumho, Dunlop, Nitto, Toyo, BFG come to mind also who make DOT race tires.

You can also check with distributors like Bob Woodman tire for new tires and John Berget Racing Tires for used scrub race tires if you are only going to run a couple of trackdays.

Problem is, Hoosiers don't come in 20" fitments for our cars.

Anyone else have a trackday wheel/tire package they have used? My MPSS are pretty grippy for a street tire, but they are just out of their element for trackdays.

OZ racing makes a pretty light set of forged 19" rims (Superforgiata) for the 458. So yes, you can run 19" on the 458.

    Specs are.

    Front. 9 x 19 ET 40. Weight 18.4 lbs.
    Rear. 11 x19 ET 52. Weight 21.0 lbs.

Good info. Do you have a set? I wonder if running wider than stock sizes will affect the eLSD or stability control, assuming we keep the overall diameters the same as stock.

Yes, 19" OZs are reasonable and Hoosiers work well on 19". Contact ring007 for lowest price in nation on Hoosiers if anyone is interested.

Pirelli Trofeo R is also great for 20" rims, but pricey.
