I don't care what the title says as long as it has my name on it! :)

Sad to see....hope someone finds a good use for it. I'm surprised it still seems like most parts are on it...not too cannibalized as of yet. Mileage is nearly as I left it....so its not been thrashed by lot attendants much.
If anyone here gets it, contact me for records. What is that hanging from the steering wheel though?

Pic of mileage last I saw it...

I realize that. I would rather deal with an owner than some salvage auction company.

Yeah because you need a dealers license to buy from them. You can't just go and buy from these places so not sure why it would bug you so much. I know it would be nice to buy from a owner but I'm sure he just didn't want to bother with it. I would buy it back from the insurance but it also would depend on what they wanted for it's salvage value. I'm sure it was quite a chunk of his settlement.

    I hope so.
This is a great example of a car with a recent salvage title. Had the damage been done 20 years ago, it wouldn't have even been close to totaled. But, the result is quite different. The easy fix has a tainted title, the old fix, even if it had more damage, wouldn't have.

I agree with Plugzit, this an excellent model, it would a shame (and a waste) if this car was not restored.

Saw it Saturday in a corner of their facility. Rear end was mostly repaired, still needed a bit of panel alignment, new Challenge rear grill in place, new rear deck lid. Same wheels and all the interior goodies Falcon Wing had added to the car. Sorry I didn't get the VIN to confirm, but pretty sure it is the car.

Falcon Wing, Elevation Motors puts on the Cars and Coffee event every third Saturday of the month, 8am to Noon. You might want to swing by some time.

Curious if they addressed the leak toward the front of the engine that started after the accident.

Bigger brakes? Looks stock to me.

How can it have the maintenance records....when I still have them?

While I am sure it was reparable, I hope someone doesn't get burned buying this thinking its something it isn't.
