Amelia Island Concours Detail

I have 2 cars going to Amelia Island. Both are very clean show veterans, but one is going on the Tour and will need a post-tour show-field prep and the other will need a post-transport show-field wipedown/finishing detail.

I do not know any concours-experienced detailers in Amelia. Please PM me with any contact info.

surfing for intel and reading posts 2011-14. seems this "458girl" is at it AGAIN with this patrick greene guy. read other posts about how others called her out already (pasted below). This is a great site and we need to call out and police the pluggers and pumpers. odd and coincidental how 458 plugs 'her guy" in VA then later plugs her guy in FL with such marketing prose? Screams of alias and slick, deceptive marketing abuse of our site. anyone use this guy? feedback appreciated.

Patrick is hands-down the best detailer in the area. He's extremely knowledgeable, a perfectionist, and an artist. He's been detailing exotics for over 15 years, and it shows! I don't trust anyone else with my cars.

He's done a beautiful job with stone chips on my vehicles. His facility is near Dulles (just off the toll road) and he also does housecalls. No website that I know of.

I've lurked occasionally for a while, then finally felt compelled to register so I could reply to this thread...

 

Kind of hard for us to judge any real motivations since you and she have no history of contribution before coming on to promote or diss someone else. All the content on this site that you could be excited about and the only thing that motivates you to write are posts from 3-4 months or years ago?

 

What's a sissy from Northern Cal doing sticking a nose into Florida business in the first place? The guy's gotta gripe. That's his business, not yours!

GATOR FL- comments appreciated and signs of good moderators = measured responses, balance, fairness, etc.; calling me out is reasonable as are concerns to ensure people try not to stir the pot; equally, as a community we should attempt to point out and make observations (not police) and my agenda was clear... to simply to see if anyone used this person in this area and could provide 'objctive" experience on the quality of workmanship; no, not previously banned and rarely contribute on-line unless I find something 'border-line" (like what Gator termed a 'shill); that said, none of us market our services on this board and should not if properly qualified and disclosed; all the above said, not going to attack (notr did I tihnk my post did) the 458poster and merely thought the push to the vendor was odd and coincidental at bedst; as the others pointed out separately two years ago. Feedback appreciated and I have learned much from my first post. hopefully will not stir the pot anymore with critical observations or questions. Thanks all.
