That thread is a very frustrating read. How many times can you tell a guy the same thing by so many people before he gets it?! OMG, take those "thug lugs" off and put on some decent stock rims, or have those abominations resprayed. Some people are so stubborn.

I may sell a set as I will only need an extra set for my Challenge. What is the value range for these wheels? The used set I have will likely need to be painted unless you like yellow.

I go back and forth on this. But with the stock wheels already magnesium, the gains are reduced somewhat vs cars that have aluminum stock wheels. Of course, more rubber on the road is always a plus...

I just discovered a crack in one of my rear wheels while mounting fresh Toyo R888s for an upcoming event at Sebring If your wheel is sound and track-worthy, I'd be very interested. Please pm me at your earliest convenience. THANKS!

The seller is waiting for someone who really wants them ..... "so bad". And this is where negotiations begin - since he would like to sell them, and you would like to buy them.

    Have much fun, gang !!!

    Cheers, Hank

    What's a fair price for a set?

My friend should still have a set kicking around in his storage unit. I wouldn't want to make any money off them, but rather see someone putting them to use as he sold off his cars.

Depending on the age, use, color and the quality of the finish, $2500+ is a good starting point for pretty good wheels. Truly exceptional wheels get more. Although, as many people here will tell you, sometimes they change hands at $1000 - $1500 for good, solid wheel sets that just need refinishing. All bets are off for bent or cracked wheels as magnesium is hard to fix.
