    MisterMaranello,

I think the attending moderators have made their position very clear: debate the car and not each other personally. There have been more than a sufficient number of "last warnings", so people receiving a ban can hardly complain that the moderation team has not been both patient and reasonable. If people will continue to make personal attacks (and moderators have protection from that too!) then lengthy bands will be incurred, as this seems the only thing people will listen to - scroll back through the thread for all the unheeded pleas for civility.

You're suggesting that FerrariChat moderators run roughshod over public opinion in establishing moderation standards, and that we are willing to ban people just to avoid discussion of moderation standards, and that is as far from the truth as the accusation that the attending moderators in here have moderated the thread with a bias towards promoting McLaren. The standards expected with specific consequences for not maintaining them could not have been any more explicitly explained. Contrary to what you seem to believe, the moderation team bends over backwards to avoid banning people and it is only done when it is clear that no other mechanism will be effective in maintaining a positive environment for automotive discussion - this thread is a great example of such efforts.

Let's move on and get back to just debating the cars. :)

    All the best,
    Andrew.

I don't have pretty pictures of the different coloured parts.
In my pictures it looks just a black LaF.

You're confusing moderators. The previous ban was not about criticism of my actions. My last time on this thread was 5/10/2014, 2 months ago. So no one criticized me, rather davide b criticized El Wayne for favoritism. I read it and found it offensive to El Wayne, and stepped in to address the comment, "constructively" the first time, and only with a ban after the "constructive" comment was ignored.

When I learned that the vast majority were in various reds I went with "my colors"
The white stripe, blue carbon roof, splitter, sills, fog light, rear fender, wheel lock centers, wing mirror arms and diffuser as well as the Bianchi Fuji stripe were my idea but we worked on it for a while with the team in the Ferrari design centre
The engine stripe in blue and white was "pure me" as was the matte interior carbon (not blue) and the alcantara interior
Also the belts have a grey embroidered horse - not the rectangular Ferrari badge

I need to get some good photos done and post them - just got to find the time!!!

    Thanks for all the compliments!!

Congratulations. For the moment any clear, full car pic in good lighting would do, even from a mobile pone. Oh please! :) Then a proper photoshoot whenever you find the time...

PS: Same for Manuma, any pic will do for now, congrats also!

As best as one can see, the Lamborghini gets the drop, they pretty much level peg and then it looks like the LF disappears?

The batteries are always engaged. It was simply a matter of the Lambo driver getting first on the throttle and perhaps the Ferrari being in a gear too high.

I suppose that license plates are not required formalities when you have enough money.
