In an earlier post, you confirmed that CG was indeed a signatory to the HoA. Based on what you've described as his nominal role in this entire undertaking, why would he even rise to the level of being a party/signatory to the HoA?

What portion of the circa-$170K Gardner financed/advanced by CG was actually then conveyed to Kleve-Lawson as payment towards acquiring x percentage of her interest?

 

EXACTLY my point. It was wise not to sue under the HOA. I assume by your post that your lawyer understood this.

Makes me wonder what Gardner has to hide - and what else is still to come.

In any case, complying with the injunction would limit Ford's abilty to protect and defend his position in relation to this matter and on that basis alone seems flawed.

In fact, we did indeed check you out as you and hubby portrayed ‘’Confidence’’, and to your credit we listened. But it turned into BAD news, from Confidence to worst. Debbie, its very bad ‘’trafficking ‘’ in cars you don’t have the right to sell. It came back you were not a good girl, described more as a ‘’bottom-feeder’’ grifter . You have a known bad reputation in the confidence arena of the classic car hobby and your post should warn other from dealing with you or any other Pauper in this club. Just think of the private information you’ve put out on GTO owner, Tom Price and his problems. Bet he’d regret ever talking to you again . In fact anyone in the Ferrari community should also be concerned. But, this is a F-chat blog and all dinky car collectors and owners of brown Ferrari wedgies are welcome. We saw in the court record that you wanted $175,000 to prepare a truthful statement in the case, but Mr. Rap Sheet refused you.. Did Mr. Ford, the ‘’Not an Attorney’’ , promise part of his ‘’contingent prize’’ for membership in his destitute persons‘’club’’ ?

How much were you promised as a pay-off for the false statement , was it the full $175,000 or just a shot at the $2.5M ? We’re all inquiring minds here, in need to fill in the blanks.

"Full bore" refers to a gun caliber, or engine cylinder diameter, or whatever the origin of the term......but it means 100%, in any case, no restrictions, in the modern public vernacular.

So, whatever you are paying him, tell him to tighten up....
