The Merc is by far the best car on track at the min, if that remains the case maybe not, if not yes it probably will be, Nico may well be thriving on beating Ham, Button also seemed to up his game when Ham was his team mate...

I am just taking out all the variables of whom he is driving against as his main motivation and that he still has quite a few years left to win a WDC if this season does not reach fruition for him. Sure is a great battle we are witnessing though, kind of reminds me of the Senna/Prost, Mansell/Piquet battles of yesteryear.

I don't know why but he has missed them on more than one occasion.
That would seem to be all down to him not nefarious misdoings on the team's part.

In any case I don't see any team (save maybe Ferrari) handicapping a driver.

It is not a secret that Ham prefers a rear biased brake setup and we have seen the results of this. So this could be the issue he has had by overshooting the pits, his rear's are glazed-over thus not providing the bite he needed.

    Food for thought.

No. It's entirely down to Mercedes intentionally screwing him over to hand Nico an advantage.

Lewis overshoots the pit stop lines once two races back. That does not count for EVERY time. So were does this "repeatedly over shoots" come from.
Hes had 2 or 3 since then, on the mark.

Hamilton. He is the better driver and somehow they tend to prevail. Even if it comes down to the final 700 meters (2008).

    Its been more than once.
In any case more than Nico.

I'm not trying to put the blame on this but in at least one case it delayed him enough for Nico to either retain or maintain a lead.

The MB is the class of the field but so far Lewis has not shown anything approaching dominance over Nico.

BTW, I have no dog in this fight, admiring both equally.

I can recall it being only once in the austrian GP. sky did a piece on it. And that was the race before Silverstone.
He never did it at all in both his Silverstone pit stops, nothing was reported that i saw on any of the after shows ot the F1 show this week.
Were did you hear that he did? How does once quantify for "repeatedly"?
If thats the case, then i can say Nico keeps parking his car :D

I tend to agree, except that the double points rule really makes a mockery/lottery out of this one.

    That's one reason I haven't voted.
Too close to call between the two and too much of a crap shoot.

Not what you said but how you said it.
I'm guessing that English may not be your first language and you're unaware when you come across a bit harsh.
    No biggie.
