    Big rims and low profile tires do not survive here in H-town. My biggest beef with this place is the terrible streets and the half-assed repairs.

    Good call. Black wheels remind me of people who buy steelies for winter but are too cheap to add wheel covers. Hideous look, imho...;)

    The 456 Venice is the ultimate wagon, too bad they are RHD and impossible to obtain.

    AFAIK there were 5 made; ALL for 'the Sultan'. All are now in circulation. Last one sold was 5 years ago; stayed in the UK. Was one in LAX for a while, it went back to the ME.
    Keeping my eyes open for the black one…...

    Great idea but way too slammed. Certainly rides like **** on anything but perfect pavement.

    Aside from the power this would be way nicer to drive

    I just replaced the rear suspension on my '99 528 sedan with 140k (same wheels and sport suspension as the wagon above) and it rides like a new car.
    E39s are magic. I only wish I had searched harder and found a wagon like the one on Ebay when I bought mine in 2005.

    You need to ride in my car, feels pretty much like stock to me.

    Good aftermarket suspension may ride a little stiffer than stock but certainly not like ****.

    I personally hate a soft ride if any kind.

    i was looking a for a new toy, and a wagon for the wife, and this fell into my lap.
    Now i have a wagon for me lol

    Those wheels look to be correct save for the porsche crests.

    These cars were built by porsche and contain tons or porsche parts! Congrats on the purchase, these are really great cars.
