Cars & Coffee Lake Norman

Attended my 1st Lake Norman C&C this morning. It was a small, but enthusiastic crowd. Ferrari was represented by a beautiful Red 360 Spider w/manual transmission and my 07 612 HGTS. All the other euro brands were well represented as well. I thought I saw a 458 fleeing the scene as I got there, but not entirely sure - maybe he was heading to FCI event in Greensboro.

 

thanks for attending. I hope we can get the interest level up a bit in the future. it really is a nice spot for it ...we just need to up the participation.

 

Now that is how a Cars and Coffee should be! Great crowd, met a lot of people, and saw some very neat cars. My car was a little intimidated by the large, awesome 12 cylinder it sat next to, but after some reassuring I brought her spirits back up.lol

Look forward to next months meet. This will be a regular event for me. Thanks for moving forward with.

I was planning to attend but went to the show at FCI as it was a worthy cause. I will more than likely make the next one.

Thanks, I'm glad you liked them! I enjoyed having the opportunity to take some shots of your 360. I haven't had the chance to photograph many 360's recently, so it was great to see yours!

 

getting together this Saturday for cars and coffee at the waterbean in LKN. hope you all can make it!!!

 

on September 13th, the lake norman cars and coffee will have the full support of Ferrari and Maserati of charlotte. they will have some cars there and I will be bringing my berlinetta boxer...can we get other Ferrari owners to join?

I hope there will be a nice Porsche turnout as well. they also have live music scheduled...it should be fun and I applaud the making a go of all this!

I was going to come last event but went to the event at FCI instead. Weather permitting I will be there with my 99 360 on the 13th.

No rain date but I will remain optimistic. The sun is sure out today. Let's hope the weather people have it wrong

Raining here in Winston-Salem so I'm out. Hope the weather is better next month as I really want to attend.

I agree on the weather. Hopefully it is definitely a go. I will make the drive up there anyway as worst case scenario I get a nice cup of coffee.

Another great event! This is seriously an intimate event. Great coffee (they made me a French Press with a nice bold blend). Met some great people and peeked at some very nice rides. My 360, a beautiful 512, and a very nice example of a Testarossa represented the Ferrari family. Also, saw and talked to a guy named Jack with a very nice Ford GT (he also said that he had a 458 at home that was sleeping in that morning)! Also, another Ferrari owner (I believe his name was Bob, I am trying to get better with names, sorry) that also had quite a collection of cars.

If any of you are available next month for this event, I definitely encourage you to stop by and meet some great people and see some great cars!

so glad you have been making the event. I was in vegas thus had to miss the last event. I will be there for the next one with two cars. again, thank you for making the trip!!

Sorry I could not make it - ran the Chicago marathon instead, and it was awesome.

Glad Ferrari had decent representation.
