    I have seen a few threads here of people looking for the clear front turn signals. They're not exactly cheap either way, so I figured i'd see if anyone wanted to trade.

    I bought a black car and it has the clears, but I prefer the ambers on black.
    Let me know if anyone wants to trade (straight up).

    Yep I know....just thought the proper way to respond to an offer was to first respond publicly in the thread and then back it up with a PM.....didn't know there was another way to do this...

    You have got to be kidding me...

    I PMed Bruce with an explanation, but since he feels the need to continue posting in this thread instead of addressing it with me in private, here is the story:

    I PMed Bruce earlier this week inquiring about the amber turn signals from a 355 he was parting out in the classifieds section, at which point he said he only had 1 unit that he offered me for $120.

    I replied saying that I had worked a trade deal with Ferrparts, but they were dragging their feet a bit. If he was willing to do a trade, he could have offered it at that point. But as far as I was concerned, he had 1 unit that he was trying to sell outright.

    His PM in response to this thread indicated that he has the 1 he tried to sell me, and had another one “on its way to him now”.

    I received another PM before Bruce's (i'll post a screenshot of my inbox if you care that much). Yes, Bruce was the first to respond to the thread, but he was the second to PM.

    This really should not be a big deal. I'm trying to trade my turn signals with a fellow 355 owner who prefers the clears.
    Bruce---do you even have 2 amber 355 turn signals in your posession right now? No (according to your PM). Then why make such a big deal about it? I don't even understand the motivation...? So you can get my clears and sell them to try and make a buck? Surely you have better things to do with your time...

    Yes...you pm'd me(Monday) about the amber lense and your deal with ferrparts, and I had only 1 NEW in stock at that time..2 days ago I purchased some more parts and in it was the other amber lens turn signal which makes for a pair....tried to find your PM and get back with you but I get hundreds of PM's and had inadvertently deleted your PM.

    So low and behold you posted today and I responded...I told you I had the new one which I had told you about, and one on its way(should arrive tomorrow)......this doesn't have anything to do with with last week or your pm or your deal with ferrparts...it has to do with what was offered TODAY and I responded first publicly and by PM immediately after....

    Oh btw do you have those amber lens in your possession right now...the ones you just traded for?

    Well Chris I do have better things to do with my time other than wasting it on you..that's for sure

    I wouldn't worry about it Chris. This place is obviously a little clicky and if your not one of the more cool veteran members your just not in. Good job on your trade! Take it how you can get it.
