So the thing is that every ferrari i saw that is turbocharged or compressored gives the same bass noise like a turbo honda civic, and the horsepower that you take with all those modifications are about 150-200 from the original engine condition. So just from curiosity did you ever saw, from youtube video or even better live a modify ferrari that make that old good v8 noise like my favourite f355 or 360 or something that is close? i know that you cannot take exacatly the noise of the 355 with turbo or compressor but sommething simmilar, with this high pitched sound with some bass on the exhaust not a bass sound rev into 6000rpm and then the limiter stop it.

Simple answer, not really. The turbo will muffle the sound.

The reason the 355, 360, and 430, etc don't sound like american V8s is that they are Flat plane crankshafts, where as an american V8 is a cross plane crankshaft. The american "burble" is actually an inherent exhaust inefficiency, due to two cylinders' pressure waves colliding. The flat plane is very basically this: two four cylinder motors sharing a crankshaft, that's why two throttle bodies, two ECUs, etc... And as yes a turbo will muffle sound slightly... Your sentence structure and grammar did make it hard to read, but I think we got you... Welcome to FChat!!!

Here is Norwood twin-turbo similar to mine, I think it sounds great. I also am having a supercharged 308 built, youtube supercharged 308s and I think they sound great. On a supercharged car you are getting more exhaust but other than the supercharger sound the car sounds very close to stock.
