Kimi was 2 seconds faster than that lap in FP3. The option being worth 1.3-1.7 seconds here shows that he probably encountered some traffic or made a small mistake in his 1 run in Q1. So to say he was ''too slow'' is foolish. It's a small track and with 22 drivers on it a bit of traffic is not an odd occurrence. He requested another run multiple times and was denied. The fault lies at Ferrari.
92.1% of the time, yes. The other 7.9% of the time can require stitches... All the best, Andrew. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hey, today Kimi didn´t suck. Starts at the back, finish 6th (best result of the season so far, I think). Not bad.
No thanks. You get the glory take the heat alone. At last I can break out the Kimi leave me alone tee without shame.
Nope he just unfortunately is stuck with a car that is not competitive this season. This seasons F14 T is a piece of crap.
Tell that to Alonso. The best measure if a driver is now he does compared with someone in an equal machine.
Well alonso is possibly the best driver of all time. One never knows what dominance he could achieve if he had the best car. Doesn't mean kimi sucks. But yes the proposition you state does hold true
The title of this thread is unfortunate. No F1 driver sucks. They all are highly skilled but some are better than others. That's not to say that they all belong in the premier league.
Well Alonso is good but of course not nearly as talented or dedicated as a Berger or Alesi...heck, his record is not even close to theirs...
Nor is Damon's...oh wait, but he won so many races..i guess he must be better than all the other that won less....like, Gilles, Jody, Moss, peterson, andretti, Jones, Alesi, berger, Ascari...unless of course that statistics mean ****!!!
Not even close. He *may* just squeak into the top 10 eventually, but as of now, not a chance. And I'm a fan...... He's damn good. Cheers, Ian
