    I am a life long Ferrari fan, and have been following the good advice and comments on fchat for a couple of years. I finally got around to purchasing my first exotic recently. I always thought it would be a Ferrari, but in the end, I could not pass up this 12c spider. I noticed that several people around here own and appreciate both the 12c and 458, so hopefully I will be a welcome participant on the forum. I will likely try a Ferrari on the next round. Let me know if you like her.

    Are you crazy… If the 458 spider wasn't around the McLaren would have been my alternate car. Congratulations and enjoy. ;)

    Most of us here are "car guys" and enjoy anything that looks good and knows how to move (of course my mind just ventured toward the " Backroom Lounge" ). Clearly we prefer the Ferrari, but how many people driving Hyndai's, Volswagens, Fords, even Mercedes, BMW's, and Porsche's (etc) can tell the difference between Lamborghini's, McLaren's, and Ferrari's? We "split hairs" on our "tier" of ladder while (discreetely) ignoring the next rung (918 Spyder, Lamborghini Veneno, Bugatti Veyron or how about a Koenigsegg Agera S?).Great car and have a good time. Stick around, we all may be driving turbo charged cars in a couple of years.Best

    The 12C looks better.

    The 650S has some improvements but the happy face never cut it for me. Looks good on the P1, not as much on the 650S.

    Just an opinion :)

    Really like the 12C. I think time will judge it to be the more cohesive design. Don't dislike the 650, but would have a really hard time picking between the two on looks alone even at price parity. If I was ordering a brand new car would be quite tempted to get the 12C front end...

    Congrats! I really like your 12c! I maybe be bias, but I like the looks better on 12c than 650. I own both 12C and 458. We all are car guys at heart.

    Congrats! I have a 458 Spider and 12C Spider*. They're both great cars. You're going to love your McLaren and you'll have a hard time not driving it.

    *Traded on a 650S that is being delivered next week.
