    Fritz,

thanks. that is brilliant! No i do not know this product. i am of 2 minds with re to mounting such equipment on my car/s; as you probably well know, if one is caught with any radar/laser detection/jamming equipment in Switzerland, the consequences are rather steep as is it is criminal to use such equipment, not just a fine like speeding tickets are

    thanks very much.

keep up the stellar driving (and videos)!!!!!

A few days ago my girlfriend and I were coming from a quick visit to Spain in my FF.
At night we arrived at the frontier Badajoz city and to Cascais was 255 km.
The road was empty and we tried to make it in an hour.
On the attached little movie she took you can see why we made it in an hour and 5 minutes.
I love Portugal and Cascais is paradise.

Well, I missed the very beautiful scenery because it was very dark and speeding...

But I have been enjoying this most fantastic country while driving my Ferraris from paradise Cascais to all over Portugal for the last two years.
And each time I am amazed at the beauty of this country and the sympathy of the portuguese people. Not once a problem with them for driving this incredible FF or 458 Spider. Only smiles and even applause.

I am only sorry that took me so long to discover and come live In Cascais... But better late (72 years old) than never...

I miss Cascais already. I just got back from our home there on July 9th with my lady after 3 lovely weeks.

Love it and have so for 32 years.

Great pic of the Cidadela and the Cascais marina.

    Um abraço.

This is a photo of a F1 racing drivers meeting in 1960. This one was before GP of Belgium in Spa. I was there!

You can see Jim Clark, Phil Hill, Dan Gurney, Jack Brabham (recently deceased), my dear friends Wolfgang von Trips and Bruce McLaren etc... Most of them unhappily died in driving accidents!!!

Quite a different F1 time and type of drivers from todays controllers of video game...

What a great threat, thank you for sharing Senhor Fritz. Full of Ferrari passion and history. My lovely wife and myself currently stay near Benagil /Algarve and we will visit Cascais by mid of August. Any recommendations for Hotels and Restaurants? :)

Probably 1966, last year of Graham Hill with BRM...

Bruce McLaren, Rindt, Pedro Rodriguez and Dennis Hulme died racing...

Graham Hill died with his team piloting his airplane flying back from a racing car test in France.

Wikipedia: "In November 1975, returning from the Paul Ricard circuit, France, Hill was killed when the Piper PA 23-250 Turbo-Aztec that he was piloting crashed near Arkley golf course in London, while attempting to land at Elstree Airfield at night, in foggy conditions. The crash also resulted in the deaths of team manager Ray Brimble, mechanics Tony Alcock and Terry Richards, up-and-coming driver Tony Brise and designer Andy Smallman; all from the Embassy Hill team."

Found a color photo of this first Ferrari 250GT SWB. And also the 1960 Sebring 12 hours result sheet. Raced it 54 years ago and now driving the FF and the 458 Spider... Love Ferrari!!!!!!

We almost won the race (6th place) if it wasn't for the died battery, during the night, that took more than 15 minutes to replace. All the 6 double carburetors top had to be disassembled so that the large under cover could be taken out to arrive at the battery. Later models were corrected after this.

Met Luigi Chinetti at Sebring during the first F1 GP of USA (I raced it) in December 1959. After arriving second and fastest lap in the Saturday race he told me he would enter the first ever build 250Gt SWB at the 12 hours race months later and invited me to drive it.

Fastest Ferrari... Look at the results sheet. Fastest lap etc.
