    Any other fans here? It is lunch today and from 11am - 3pm, today only, they have a free fillet/chips for all, dine-in or carry out only (no drive thru). There used to be one just across the street from the house but it is now a Payless shoe store and the last time I ate LJS was in '09 so I am due. "Stay hungry my friends!"

    Captain D's is better but that is not to say either is good.

    Funny you mention TB because the LJS is a combination TB/LJS and TB was serving at 10am yet LJS did not serve until 11am. I guess in a positive way of looking at it they gave me an extra hour before the "big one" and I got to flirt with an attractive lady, I'll be back. I killed my free meal and two hushpuppies and have not even touched my fish/shrimp/onion ring combo.

    How does this location compare to the old one?

    Reason I ask is I found Quality Control varies from here to there and there . . . and our local LJS is a suckerfish.

    The food was good and believe it or not I never ate at the location that was across the street. As I mentioned before I have not eaten at LJS since '09 and I can count on my three remaining fingers, and deduct two, as to how many times I had eaten at LJS in the previous 20yrs before '09. I rarely eat fast food believe it or not.
